Ordering Online

I’m new to online ordering. How do I order something? 

Simple steps to shopping online: 

  • Simply add your selected products to the shopping cart and proceed to the checkout.
  • If you wish to remove an item from your shopping cart simply click the delete "X" button in your shopping cart.
  • If you wish to edit an item in your cart, this can be done in your cart.
  • Once you are ready to finalise your order, click the next step button.
The item I want is sold out.  Will you get more in?

Generally, we will only show items that are available in stock. Should an item be ordered and we have no stock available we will notify you when stock will be arriving and place your item on backorder.

If you do not want to wait, we will cancel the item on your instruction.

With some special products, we may take Pre-Orders, however, delivery details will be advised at the time you place your order.

Please contact the Bulldog Online Customer Service team at teamstore@bulldogs.com.au regarding any particular item you would like, including size and colour, and we will let you know if we are able to source it for you.

Can I modify my order?

Please be aware that once an order has been placed, we may not be able to modify it. 

If for some reason you are unhappy with the order you placed, or wish to change it please notify the Bulldog Online Customer Service team at teamstore@bulldogs.com.au.

Do you have sizing information?

Yes, you are able to view the sizing information within the product page for the item you are viewing.

I am overseas, what are your exchange rates?

Prices appear in Australian dollars only.

Any currency conversion is the responsibility of the overseas (non-Australian) customer and their financial institution and/or credit card provider.

As such when your credit card (or any other payment process) is used within The Bulldog Online store currency conversion will actually be completed by your credit card company and not by The Bulldog Online store.  

As such the final price charged by your bank and/or credit card company may vary.

Shipping Guide

What type of shipping do you offer?

Standard AusPost Delivery:

We offer our standard shipping for those supporters that don't require their orders urgently.

  • Your order will be dispatched within 1-5 business days after placing your order.
  • You will receive an email with a tracking number to track your shipment once dispatched. 
  • Available only for orders within Australia.
  • Cost for this service is a flat rate of $15.00 Australia-wide. 
Do you ship to New Zealand?

We are happy to ship orders to our New Zealand supporters.

  • Your order will be dispatched within 1-5 business days of receiving your order.
  • Australia Post International has advised that the delivery timeframe will be 7-10 business days from dispatch.
  • Cost for this service is a flat rate of $30.00 New Zealand wide.
Are there any customs fees for overseas orders?

Please note that each individual country has different customs and duties charges, it will be the responsibility of the receiver to pay for these charges.

The product may not be released by the relevant local authority until these charges are paid.

It may be beneficial to clarify with your local authorities about these charges before placing your order.

How will my order be delivered?

All of our orders are delivered using a variety of Australia Post services (Ph 13 76 78). You can also view the AusPost website here: AusPost Online

Can I track my order?

Yes, when your order is dispatched you will receive an e-mail with tracking details for your order.

If you didn’t receive your order shipment confirmation email, please check your promotions and spam folders.

If you still didn’t receive it, you can email us (teamstore@bulldogs.com.au) to organise to resend it. Please state your order number, full name and email address used for the order when emailing us. 

Do I have to be home to receive my order?

No, you don’t, our courier partners will leave a card explaining how you are able to pick up your order or to arrange re-delivery, please use the details on the card to arrange for this to take place. 

In the majority of cases, your order will be taken to the nearest Post Office. 

We also strongly advise keeping your eye on the online tracking for your order.

In some cases, AusPost does not leave calling cards and items left at the post office will be returned to the sender after 7 working days

Can I have my order delivered to a different address from my billing address?

Yes. During the checkout process, you will be given the option to include a different billing & shipping address. 

These options include your work address (please ensure you put floor numbers and company name in the delivery). 

We are able to utilise parcel lockers via Australia Post and 7/11 stores for added convenience, please visit Auspost.com for information on this service.

Is my order insured?

No orders are not insured, however, a tracking number is provided when your order is dispatched so that you can monitor the progress of your order at all times.

Returns and Exchanges

What is the return and exchange policy?

We want you to be entirely very happy with all of your purchases from the Canterbury Bankstown Bulldogs Team Store and will do whatever we can within our policy to ensure that you remain a satisfied customer.

The Bulldogs Online Store will gladly refund or exchange any product ordered online under the following conditions:

  • Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of purchase and accompanied by the original receipt and or order form.
  • Item(s) must be unworn and unused with original tags attached  
  • Item(s) must be in the original packaging which must be in the original condition    
  • This (change of mind) policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
What if the item I receive is damaged or faulty?

If you purchased a product with a major fault, you have the right to ask for your choice of a replacement or refund.

If you purchase a product with a minor fault, we can choose to give you a free repair instead of a replacement or refund.

What if I change my mind after I order?

For Change of Mind Returns, The Bulldogs Online Store reserves the right to deny a return or exchange if the following conditions are not met:

  • Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of purchase and accompanied by the original receipt and or order form.
  • Item(s) must be unworn and unused with original tags attached  
  • Item(s) must be in the original packaging which must be in the original condition    
  • This (change of mind) policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.  
How are refunds issued?

Refunds will be returned to the credit card the order was originally processed with. Once your returned items have been received, please allow 3-7 additional business days for the refund to process back into your account.

Please follow the steps below for refunds and exchanges:

1.       Complete the returns form that should accompany your order.

2.       Send your item back to our return address.

3.       Once the returned parcel is received by The Bulldogs Online Store we will contact you to finalise the return.

Any returns and exchanges will come at the customer's expense.
